We hand select our staff from the industry's cream of the crop. Only selecting team members that are in love with the industry and their job is our goal, and not just staff that we want to work for us but with us. And YES we are insured!
Our professional team will arrive in uniform (customisable ) with all the tools they will need to operate your bar area. This includes shakers, wine keys, bottle openers, serving trays, napkin / fruit caddies, cutting board and knives. We do not provide alcohol but can assist in determining alcohol specifics and quantities needed for your event. We may also provide a liquor license for cash bar events. We enjoy interacting with you and your guests, and treat your event as our own. Our team is knowledgeable of the newest drinks and cocktails as well as the classics, and exhibit the highest level of customer service at all times. Private event, need an NDA or a "no cellphone" policy? No problem.
For maximum efficiency , we will staff bartenders and servers based upon the industry minimum standard of 1 bartender / server for every 50 guests. Your team will arrive anywhere from one to three hours before the event (depending on the size of your event and the amount of set up required) and stay up to an hour after for basic bar area clean up.
There are no minimum hourly requirements for events!
